After I installed Domino 8 on Windows 2003 x64 and start the Domino server, serversetup.exe is launched but does not appear on screen. You can see it in the task manager but it's unable to interact with the desktop (viewed by UltraVNC.

I had to run nserver -silent, that allowed me to use remote setup to configure the server.

Also the Domino Console fails to start on Windows 2003 x64:
